Pushkar Fair:

The Pushkar Fair is one of India’s largest fair, also known as the Pushkar Camel Fair. Every year Pushkar Mela held in the town of Pushkar between the months of October and November, besides this fair is renowned for being one of the world’s largest livestock fairs. And the buying and selling of livestock, it has become an important tourist attraction. Every year the Pushkar fair is started Competitions such as the Bridal competition, matkaphod, and longest moustache’ are the main draws for this fair which attracts thousands of tourists.

Nagaur Fair:

Nagaur fair is one of the most popular in Rajasthan for a variety of animals like cattle, bullocks, camels and horses are traded who comes from every corner of the state. It’s held every year from January to February in a month. It’s situated between Bikaner and Jodhpur of Rajasthan and it’s considered second largest cattle fair in India.

Kumbh Mela:

Kumbh Mela festival which is celebrated only once every 12 years. During which participants bathe or take a dip in a sacred river. Devotees believe that by bathing in the Ganges one is freed from sins make free her/him from the cycle of birth and death. Numbers of Millions of peoples reach the place without an invitation.
It’s held in four different cities in India like Haridwar, Allahabad, Nasik and Ujjain.

Carnival in Goa:

Goa is carnival festival was started in the year 1961 in goa by King Memo. If you wish a visit to Goa, this best time to travel to Goa in February month. Because Goa carnival festival is celebrated every year held in February months. On this day, celebrated in Goa like dancing, singing, drinking, feasting, and theatrical performances and many other forms of entertainment and all are the streets are decorated with vibrant colours and floats.

Festivals of Kites:

Makar Sankranti is a very delightful occasion and is also referred to as the Kite flying festival. It also has a history and cultural significance attached to it. The kite flying is mostly celebrated in north India and states of Gujarat, Rajasthan and Mumbai. Uttarayan (Gujarat) is one of the most famous places in India also as known as International kite festival.

Bikaner Camel Fair:

Bikaner camel fair is the most popular event in Rajasthan, which on this events includes camel competition’s, camel dance competition’s and neck shaking camel rides. It’s held by Government Department of tourism and celebrated every year in the month of January.

Desert Fair (Jaisalmer):

A three days event held by Rajasthan tourism department corporation in the month of February. Desert fair in Jaisalmer is a colourful festival; it’s situated in Sam Sand Dunes (42km from Jaisalmer) in Rajasthan and on this day you can see turban typing competition ’s, culture events, musical and dance performance, entertaining puppet shows and also longest moustaches competitions.
